The Article Thirty-Nine concert features some of Sydney’s best up and coming bands and artists, including Peregrine, The Dawn Collective, Tim Ireland, The Shipwrecked, Falling in Autumn, Jack Carty and The Party, and Adam Cousens from Melbourne. Speakers on the day include Professor Steven Freeland, and Levi McGrath, who will also be playing his song “Children of War”.
On November 23, the Article Thirty-Nine concert will bring young Australians together in celebration of Universal Children’s Day to create positive change in the lives of former child soldiers.
All funds raised at the concert will to go a rehabilitation centre for former child soldiers in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), run by the Jesuit Refugee Service.
